The AD7634BCPZ is an 18-bit, 670 kSPS (Warp mode) / 570 kSPS (Normal mode) charge redistribution successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) manufactured using ADI's high voltage CMOS process. It features a fully differential input structure, 18-bit resolution with no missing codes, and a dynamic range of 102.5 dB. The device integrates an 18-bit high-speed sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, an internal reference voltage source and buffer, error correction circuitry, and both serial and parallel system interface ports. It offers excellent linearity with a maximum INL of ±2 LSB, a typical SNR of 100 dB at 10 kHz input frequency, and low power consumption that scales automatically with throughput. The device is available in a 48-pin LFCSP package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
